1872 Culture Temperature Check - Have Your Say
This Member Temperature Check Survey is designed to provide an objective view of your perceptions regarding how Naomh Breandan delivers a member-focused culture. The results of this survey will assist in the continued development and delivery of optimum member outcomes.
The process presents a total of 18 statements that are key benchmarks to assess Naomh Breandan's approach to create a culture that puts its members, 'at the heart of everything it does'. In each category, a rating of 'Super Cool' means that you Strongly Agree with the statement whilst at the other end of the scale, a rating of ‘Red Hot’ means that you Strongly Disagree with the statement.
This survey will help us in Naomh Breandan Credit Union to better understand how our members feel about us and the services we provide. Your feedback will helps us shape the Credit Union in the future and helps ensure we continue to deliver positive outcomes for our members. Thank You!
