Well done to Karen Fahey from Killeenadeema who did her CU proud when she represented it at the Loughrea Rose Competition on Sunday night. Karen spoke about her role in the Youth Advisory Council at the Credit Union as well as spending 11 years in the Loughrea Youth Theatre. She is now a science student at NUIG and loves college life although it is hard work.

Karen wore a stunning pink dress specially made by her mother for the occasion. For her party piece Karen did sign language to a song which Ollie Turner and the audience were very impressed with.
